Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We strive to keep our inventory accurate, but we cannot guarantee that a product will be in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternatives if possible.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee product availability or shipment.

Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, typically within 30 days from the Order Confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery zone restrictions. If we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer the option to continue with a new delivery date or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is deemed complete when you or a designated third party takes physical possession of the goods, evidenced by a signed receipt at the specified delivery address.

Inability to Deliver

If delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt to leave your order in a safe place or return it to our store. A note will be left with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery attempt. If after 14 days the order remains undelivered, we will assume you wish to cancel the contract and refund all payments, excluding additional delivery costs, within 14 days.

Price and Payment

Prices are as displayed on our website, excluding delivery charges. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We are not obligated to honor obvious pricing errors. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Mada, or cash on delivery.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership of products transfers to you upon full payment. Risk transfers upon delivery as defined in Inability to Deliver. RIFA Clothing is not responsible for indirect losses or damages beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on our website and materials are owned by RIFA Clothing or licensed to us. You may not use our materials without permission, except for personal use to place an order or contact us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia.
